Happy to work with you on your film and support you as a film editor bringing creative editing (montage) as well as related technical aspects of your film.
We can talk in technical chinese about match cuts, jump cuts and twos and threes, etc. and besides patience, I offer a high degree of cutting logic and master the modern technique and not them me. 8k / 6k / 5k / 4k / UHD / HD / SD are image resolutions I can work with on Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve. If you don’t offer an edit station I can arrange something for your project and additional data carriers and feedable signals can be quickly attached or recorded.
How does it work?
- The recordings are already digital. You are giving me the hard drive(s) or other media with the recordings on it or send me the link where I can download them.
- I cut the film according to your cut list
- If you have tape or disc material (Betacam, HDCAM, XDCAM or consumer formats such as Beta, VHS, MiniDV, HDV) that needs to be imported or you need a playout to it, the corresponding equipment rental plus a management fee of 10% will be added for organizing it/them, unless you provide the devices.
- Pictures on paper (photo prints) can be read on the present flat bed scanner
- When the project is cut, it will be exported in common standard formats, with the choice of DVD / Blu-ray, as a video file (several GB) to hard disk or USB stick, upload to your web server (small file in Flash with On2 v6/H.264 or Windows Media in WMV9), as a download from my server to your desired format(s)
